Content Mix of Stop Words and how to use them

A content mix of stop words and the best content you can possibly produce is what is required to rank on any platform in 2025, and will only get more competitive in years to come. I have been writing blog posts and social media content, since right back in 2009. There has been big changes in the creator economy, and in a way, nothing has really changed very much at all. Content has always been king.

At the end of the day it’s all about creating a piece that’s scroll stop worthy. So obviously, that always requires a great title that stands out and makes people stop scrolling. The great title is required for all forms of content on the internet. We need it for Blog Posts, Podcast Episodes, Youtube videos, Reels, Memes, anything, that you want attention for, requires a title that’s Big Enough. Bold Enough and Uses Words that the people interested in that niche are trained to see.

The Words People Stop The Scroll For!

We call these words in the table below “Power Words” The reason is the word triggers some kind of emotion. They also are useful for using to include a money magnet with the power word in the heading. Check these out below.

Still got gold fish with swim bladder problems? This solution only takes minutes to fix it.

Still got algae growing on your plants? Here’s how to fix it straight away.

Tired of algae growing on your plants? Here’s the industry secret no one has shared.

“How to [desired outcome] without [common obstacle]”

How to have a clean aquarium without the weekly water changes. Keyword would be “clean aquarium”

Template: The Pattern Interruption Hook

Templates:

“Stop writing captions. Start telling stories.”

“Your marketing strategy is backwards (here’s why)”

“Everything you know about [topic] is wrong”

These power words combined with your main keyword, is the structure you need to focus on when creating all your titles. Remeber, power words, mixed with your seo main keyword.

eg; “Everything you know about cleaning aquariums is wrong!” That will make their ears prick up. The focus keyword would be “cleaning aquariums” and the rest turns the keyword into a scroll stopping article, or script for a video or podact title.

eg: “Stop doing weekly water changes, Start doing this instead”

Stop doing is a great word to grab attention. Often people will feel they will miss something if they don’t Stop and Listen. The water changes is our focus keyword. Start doing this instead. Now they are intrigued. What can I do instead of weekly water changes. This is a great title that is guaranteed to get people to stop and read.

Stop doing this Start doing this is a great title structure. Just remember you don’t have to give away the thing you want them to start doing. Disguise what that is and keep them hooked until the end.

The Hook and The Title But What Do You Use As The Tags When Uploading The Video?

This is another important part of Youtube success. We now know how important the hook is at the start of the video, we know the title is there to stop the scroll so it’s incredibly important also. But those two things are for the audience. What about for the algorithm?

That’s where tags come in. Youtube needs to know its sending your videos and short form videos to the right audience so tags are very important.

So your very first tag, should describe what your video is. For example fish character traits video of a gold fish. The tag would be #goldfish character traits

The second tag should be niche specific. So this video is for the #aquarium #petfish would be the tags I would use for that.

The third one they say should be a broad tag. Try #foryoupage, #viralvideo, #petfacts something that’s a broad tag, to get your video shown in more places.

And do not use # in your titles. Include a keyword naturally. Use 3 hashtags in the description,

Filename name of your video

Use the filename as the name of your video. Make sure to include the keyword your hoping to rank for also. Nothing more to say. It’s important.

Description of Video

Use Chat Gpt to write your description of your video. Include a link to your store or affiliate links in the video. Also use timestamps, and make sure the description has keywords included. Add 3 #’s to the end of the description.

A 200 word description to help me rank high in my niche. Give title, niche and main keywords, and target viewers.. This will give a great description that will be full of seo keywords to help you rank in the Serps. Copy and paste into youtube.com and your gold.

Upload Videos and Schedule Your Video

If you let it anylse it for 24 hours before it goes live, it seems as though the video has had more time to gather data about your video.

Thumbnail Most Important Part of Video Experience

Curiosity and STand out enough for people to click on it and watch your video.

End Screen

To add these click on the option from youtube at the end of uploading all your video information. Click on add and it will let you chose which way you want it to show and which video you want to show. It’s good to odd the subscribe button to the end screen. It’s also good to choose the last uploaded video to give it a little more of a push to your last uploaded video..

Now you can see why your content mix is so important

Choosing the right words for your content mix is what will keep your audience engaged. Without the right mix of content, you will always have a bad bounce rate and that’s not a good signal to the algorithms about how your audience is enjoying your content mix.

I hope you enjoyed this article and make sure to bookmark it so you can come back often when creating content to use the power words and stop words again and again.
