This Refund and Returns Policy governs the conditions under which refunds and returns for purchased goods are administered. The policy is enforceable for a period of thirty (30) days following the purchase date. Post this period, no refunds or exchanges shall be entertained.
Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and be in the precise condition as received. Additionally, original packaging must be intact.
Exclusions
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Background clings, unless falling under specific conditions below.
Perishable goods, including food and flowers.
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
Custom-sized and printed products.
Gift cards and downloadable software.
Some health and personal care items.
Specific Conditions for Background Clings and Printed Products:
Refunds are permissible under these circumstances:
Images not conforming to descriptions due to printing errors.
Incorrect product received: Wrong image, size, or item.
Damage occurring during transit.
Return Procedures
To instigate a return, the consumer must provide proof of purchase, failing which, processing of the return may be impeded.
Steps Upon Error in Printing:
Contact via email within seven (7) days of receipt.
Provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
Wrong Product or Damaged in Mail:
Notify within seven (7) days, attaching relevant photographs.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, confirmation via email will ensue, indicating approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Additional Information:
Delayed Refunds: If refunds do not reflect promptly, the customer is advised to consult with their banking institution and credit card provider before contacting us at admin@fishtanks.store.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items qualify for refunds. Items purchased during sales events are exempt.
Exchanges
Replacement of items is granted strictly for defective or damaged goods. Requests should be directed to: admin@fishtanks.store, with items forwarded to: 33 Stuart St, Eastern Heights Qld 4305.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Consider utilizing a traceable shipping service for high-value returns. We accept no liability for non-receipt of returned goods.
